Information we receive
We may receive names, business contact details, organisations, event information, proposed dates and locations, budgets, audience size, travel arrangements, recording or reuse requests, documents and messages. Agent-submitted requests may also include agent identity, software version, an idempotency identifier and confirmation of human approval.
How we use information
We use information to assess fit and availability, discuss and administer engagements, manage rights and commercial records, maintain security and audit history, and improve the service. A public request is not a confirmed booking.
AI-assisted analysis
Authorised users may ask Two Unknowns to analyse approved workspace material. AI output is treated as a review draft, may be incomplete or wrong, and must be checked against source evidence before a commercial or legal decision. Private workspace questions are configured not to be retained by the AI provider for model training.
Sharing and disclosure
We share information only where needed to assess or perform an engagement, operate trusted service providers, comply with law, or with the relevant person’s authority. Private agreements, bids, calendars, strategy, contact details and manager notes are not exposed through public talent APIs.
Security and controlled access
Private access is role- and client-scoped. Booking-status access requires a request reference and private token. Date checks disclose only a safe conclusion. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so confidential documents should be uploaded only through an authorised workspace.
Retention, access and correction
We retain records while operationally or legally relevant, then delete or de-identify them where appropriate. People may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping needs.
Contact and complaints
Privacy questions or complaints can be submitted through the Contact page. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable period.
